Shopping at Ledsone has never been so easy;

 1.  Choose the section (new in, ceiling lights, spotlights, wall lights, floor lamps, table lamps, alternative, bulbs, sales and offers).
2. View the products you are interested in, click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, dimensions & product information, related products, composition, reference code and price.
3. Select a product and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process the order.
4. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order,you can login to your Account.
5. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on confirm.
6. Choose which delivery service you would like to use – either standard or express delivery.
7. Enter your delivery and billing addresses and check that they are correct.
8. Select a secure payment method: Visa, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal.
9. Confirm the order.
10. You will receive an email confirming your order and a unique reference number.

Yes, we deliver Europe but please note that we individually charge for all deliveries outside the UK please contact us directly for delivery options via Website live chat or admin@ledsone.co.uk

  • Order will be dispatched within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) via Royal mail 48hrs / 2nd class. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days for standard service, sometimes even longer, We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, as unfortunately it is not in our hand
  • We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. Royal mail requires 10 days from the date of dispatch to confirm the state of the postage.
  • Due to security reasons, we will only ship to the address supplied via PayPal from where the payment has been received. This is merely a security measure to ensure that our customers are not potentially defrauded.
  • We Are Unable to Change Your Shipping Address Once We Received Your Payment.
  • All our product have been checked and packaged in good condition. If the product is damaged during the shipment please provide a picture to show the damaged part, that is important for us to send out the right replacement.
  • Our couriers require proof of damage for any potential Claims
  • If any replacements required for any reasons the original item need to be returned before arranging any replacements as our supplier requires the original Item for any replacement
