Lovely shade but unfortunately the cable/fittings supplied (which held the bulb and then threaded through the shade and into the plate into the ceiling) were incompatible. Bulb holder seemed too bing, meaning amount of thread showing for washer and ceiling plate was too short. Replacement sent - which was the same. Customer services didn’t seem to understand the issue despite sending numerous photos. Returned for a refund. They do a pendant version and wondering if fittings mixed up as separate from shade, not a complete package. Disappointed as nice design
